Our emblems are made of ABS and then CNC machined. This is the same material used on your car’s original emblem. We can also cast emblems in aluminum epoxy or plastic resin. Laser cut 2-way foam tape can be applied to all emblems at no additional charge. We can make emblems up to 500mm (20”) long and 19mm (3/4”) thick.
The steps necessary to order and produce your custom car emblem
Contact us and tell us what you have in mind. If you’re not sure what you want or don’t have a design, we can help develop your ideas. We work directly with you to design a product specific to your need.
E-mail your ideas as a drawing, sketch, photograph or graphic file.
Send file as .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .psd only
When we receive your design, we will contact you to discuss the exact specifications of what you want us to produce. We will discuss the function, size, relief, depth, texture etc. of your project in order to fine-tune your design.
After we receive your down payment for the set-up fee, we will create a 3D rendering of your design and e-mail it to you for your approval before machining.
Once you have agreed on the final rendering, we will provide a detailed quote on the final cost of manufacturing your piece(s).
Sample costs listed below are based on a 51x76x3mm (2”x3”x1/8”) crest or logo, or up to 10 letters 38mm (1 1/2”) tall.
Price for two car emblems:
$250.00 - $300.00 depending on size.
Additional emblems are $60.00 each.
5-25 - $35.00 - $60.00 each.
We can produce 100 or more pieces in lots of 25-30 per shipment.
Delivery times: 2 emblems 5-7 weeks, lots of 25-30 6-12 weeks
Final cost will vary depending on the complexity of the design.
